We provide an automated service that:

• Formats uploaded photos to passport/visa specifications
• Generates watermarked previews for free
• Provides full-resolution downloads after payment

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide photos you have the right to use
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service

4. Payment and Refunds

• Price: $4.99 per formatted photo (prices may vary by format)
• Payment: Processed securely via Paddle
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@passportphoto.app or through Paddle's customer support.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to photos you upload
• We do not claim ownership of your photos and will not use them for any purpose other than providing the service
• The service, software, and website are our intellectual property

6. Data and Privacy

• Photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload
• We do not store, share, or sell your personal data

7. Service Limitations

• Downloads are one-time use only
• Watermarked previews expire after 24 hours
• We are not responsible for rejection by government agencies
